Your new role As a Continuous Improvement Lead, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of the company's CI Programme.
You will work closely with the CI Manager, Plant Leadership Team, and external partners to diagnose current performance, design future state processes, and implement improvement initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include developing and executing robust delivery plans, mentoring and coaching team members, and ensuring the sustainability of new standards.
You will also be an ambassador for continuous improvement, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation across the plant.
What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of influencing and coaching within an organisation.
You should have a solid understanding of continuous improvement principles, philosophies, and tools, as well as experience in project management and lean manufacturing.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various functions and levels within the business are essential.
A background in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with performance management systems will be advantageous.
