About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SaaS Subscription Management Specialist to oversee and optimize our subscription billing operations.
This role is critical ensuring a smooth and accurate billing experience for our customers leading to timely cash collection, maintaining up-to-date subscription records and supporting cross-functional teams with key subscription data and insight.
This role will be supporting all aspects of the subscription lifecycle, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience from initial sign-up through anniversary/renewal or cancellation.
Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end subscription lifecycle: activations, upgrades/downgrades, renewals, suspensions and cancellations.
Collaborate with sales, finance and renewal teams to ensure contract and subscription alignment.
Monitor customer accounts for discrepancies of billing issues and resolve them promptly.
Correct mistaken invoices and issue credit notes Support monthly and quarterly revenue recognition process Support renewal teams with price uplift system admin in collaboration with the RevOps Tech team Contribute to the optimization of billing workflows and automation tools Provide subscription-related support to internal teams and customers as needed.
Ad-hoc projects subscription, billing and revenue related What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Success or a related field.
3+ years of experience in SaaS billing, subscription management or related operations.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Proficient in Excel and reporting tools Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
Good understanding of SaaS business models and subscription management practices Proficiency in CRM software (preferred Salesforce) Proficiency in ERP software (preferred MS FO) Knowledge of revenue recognition principles is a plus Our Benefits: We offer a variety of global benefits which are listed below!
