Your new role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the main point of contact for front-of-house duties and provide comprehensive administrative support within the company. Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Answering incoming calls and emails
2. Managing diaries and inboxes
3. Processing mail
4. Managing stock and supply orders
5. Maintaining e-filing systems
6. Data entry and document management
7. Preparing meeting rooms
8. Issuing client invoices and receipts
9. Performing ad-hoc duties as required
