Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working with legal documents? Do you have strong organisational skills and a knack for ensuring accuracy? If so, you could be the perfect fit for our German-speaking Administration Specialist position – or, as we call them at MD7, Lease Processor!
As a Lease Processor, you will play a crucial role in preparing and managing lease agreements, ensuring smooth processes for our telecommunications clients. You'll work closely with our sales team, ensuring negotiated terms are accurately reflected in lease agreements, and that all documentation is handled efficiently. This role involves a blend of drafting, reviewing, and data management, contributing to the successful negotiation of lease agreements.
DAY TO DAY
* Contract Preparation: Draft lease agreements based on terms negotiated by the sales team.
* Document Management: Oversee the distribution and return of executed lease amendments within set timeframes.
* Accuracy and Review: Review signed agreements returned by landlords for accuracy and completeness, liaising with other departments to resolve any discrepancies.
* Data Entry: Enter data from negotiated agreements into client databases.
* Process Efficiency: Ensure errors in lease amendments are minimised and work to deadlines with high attention to detail.
* Stakeholder Communication: Collaborating with the sales team for review and approval of lease agreements.
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Excellent spoken and written German language skills
* Good spoken and written English language skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents for accuracy
* Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
* The ability to work independently while also being a team player
* Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word
* Experience reviewing and editing legal documents is desirable
