Head of Sales - Warehousing & Transport My North Dublin client specialise in warehousing and transportation solutions and is looking for a Head of Sales, responsible for their pharmaceutical and medical devices clients.
You will maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, increasing their spend but also there will be a big focus on developing new business and bringing on board new clients.
It is essential that as Head of Sales you have experience of selling warehousing and transportation, not necessarily into pharma but another industry.
Reporting to the CEO and responsible for a small team of two this job may suit someone ready for a step up in their career who can demonstrate strong leadership skills.
As a Business Developer you will have a proven record of influencing and negotiating at a senior level.
Salary & Package for Head of Sales Salary up to €90k may be negotiable but must reflect experience 15% Bonus Company car Responsibilities for the job of Head of Sales Be pro-active in driving and identifying new business prospects, and ensuring all sales and revenue are explored and captured Formulate and implement a strategic account management plan to ensure that business relations are properly maintained Regularly visit existing accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams Key involvement in the scoping and pricing of opportunities by navigating through complex negotiations, agreeing pricing and contractual agreements.
Meet and exceed targets set in terms of contributing and generating revenue Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights, providing data-driven recommendations to the CEO.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment on company objectives.
Provide regular updates and detailed sales performance reports to the CEO, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Expand your network in the sector by playing an active role in different networking associations.
