They are currently looking to hire a senior candidate into their Dublin team.
They are looking for a Head of Project Management to spearhead their PM stream and propel the business to new heights.

What You'll Achieve: Strategic Leadership: Chart the course for the PM stream, exceeding income targets and driving profitability through strategic business planning.
Team Empowerment: Cultivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Project Excellence: Oversee the delivery of high-profile projects, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and adherence to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Business Growth & Innovation: Develop and implement winning strategies to expand our PM business, leveraging your expertise to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.
Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and ensure seamless project execution through effective financial and operational management.
Responsibilities: Leading and mentoring a talented PM team, setting clear expectations, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve income targets and drive business growth.
Overseeing project delivery, ensuring high client satisfaction and adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Managing project finances, including invoicing, payments, and cost control.
Developing compelling tender materials and conducting competitor analysis to win new business.
Contributing to the overall operational success of the company, including marketing, HR, and compliance.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices across the PM stream.
Leading all aspects of project commissions, from initial briefs and procurement strategies to final close-out and lessons learned workshops.
Liaising with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner.
Requirements: Proven leadership experience in project management.
Approximately 10 years' + experience in a project management role.
Knowledge and contacts within the Irish construction and real estate sector.
A strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.
A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and achieving project excellence.
