Securitas Security Services are currently recruiting a receptionist for a full-time role Monday - Friday in the Ballsbridge, Dublin Area. Excellent rate of €18.00 per hour.

Receptionist Job Purpose: Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.
Duties:
* Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
* Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
* Deals with queries from the public, staff and customers.
* Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
* Receives and routes deliveries.
* Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
* Where required, monitor CCTV system.
* Look out for, and to immediately report, any Health & Safety hazards, or potential hazards, on client location.
* Stay alert to any threats or changes within the work environment in order to take the appropriate action in order to reduce the chance of disruption, loss or damage.
* Use common sense and initiative by immediately involving others if a situation appears to become threatening.
* Complete an accurate, detailed notebook entry as soon as possible after any incident, which can then be used as part of the Incident Report process details.
Requirements:
* PSA Licence is essential
* At least 6 months previous experience
* Excellent Telephone manner
* Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills
* Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
* Professionalism
* Customer Focused
* 5 year checkable work history
* STARS training an advantage
