General Summary:
This role aligns technology vision with business strategy by integrating company processes with the appropriate technologies. The Director of Information Technology is responsible for all aspects of developing and implementing technological initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintains existing enterprise systems architecture while providing direction in all technology-related issues in support of information operations and core company values.
* Develops and tracks annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing, and operations.
* Collaborates with departments to develop and maintain a technology plan that supports organizational needs.
* Identifies opportunities for incorporating AI and machine learning technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
* Approves, prioritizes, and controls projects and the project portfolio as they relate to the selection, acquisition, development, and installation of major information systems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
* At least eight (8) years of full-time work experience in information technology including three (3) years of supervisory work experience in any of the following: Systems analysis and design, Application installation and configuration or programming, Project Management in an information technology system development and implementation.
Pay Range:
$186,240.00 - $249,525.00 per year
