Experis have partnered with a Global Tech Giant looking for an experienced Executive Assistant. This will initially be a 12 month contract with potential for extension.
The working pattern will be remote 3 days a week with 2 days onsite per week in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have supported high level VP/CEOs and have worked within a Global Tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar management and meeting logistics: Strategic calendar management based on deep knowledge of business and executive needs.
2. Collaboration with an array of internal and external stakeholders to support the executive leader's work.
3. Contribute to Business Administrative support.
4. Event Coordination: Assist with Events from preparation through to post event analysis.
5. Ensure calendars are managed in line with the Rhythm of Business.
6. Travel Management.
Key Experience Required:
1. Experience working with high level executives is preferred.
2. Experience working for a Global Tech company is highly desirable.
