Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to join our QHSE team at a multi-national Engineering firm.
This is a Short term contract role to assist the team with preparation for a number of Audits which are coming up.
The Role:
* Maintaining the companies certified ISO and 9001 system.
* Reviewing risk assessments.
* Taking part in project meetings.
* Dealing with 3rd parties.
The Person:
* Degree in Quality Management/Engineering/similar, with 5+ years Quality Management/similar experience.
* Minimum 3 to 5 years experience
* Extremely detail conscious with knowledge in ISO and 9001 system.
* Excellent organisational and co-ordination skills with the ability to prioritise and manage peaks in workload.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with employees in a professional manner, both in person and via telephone, and a strong focus on managing customer relationships.
* Excellent Information Technology skills (inc. knowledge of MS Office suite, SAP, Share Point).
* Auditing experience.
