You will be responsible for
* Putting the customer first in everything you do.
* Getting to know your customers and serving them with pride.
* Ensuring products and services are available for customers at all times.
* Handling all products with care to maintain quality.
* Keeping the shop floor and back areas clean and tidy.
* Following department routines and processes based on your training.
* Adhering to company policies and Health and Safety routines.
* Supporting colleagues by helping in other departments when needed.
You will need
* Great customer service skills, including proactive engagement with customers.
* A strong work ethic for customers, your team, and your department.
* Ability to prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
