This role is integral to the Management & Administration team, where you will collaborate directly with senior leadership to support current employees and drive recruitment efforts at NSUS Limited.As HR Generalist, you will manage a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment and employee relations to updating HR policies, onboarding, and performance management. You will report to the Managing Director and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s human resources strategy while helping make NSUS Limited an even better place to work!Core working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00. This role is based in-office in Sandyford. Key Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.Lead all other employee relations initiatives, including disciplinary processes and grievance resolution.Partner with management to define recruitment objectives and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process (including contract creation and job description development).Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for new hires.Coordinate employee training and development programs.Develop, update, and improve HR policies and procedures to align with company goals, best practice and changing government legislation. Assist with biannual bonus reviews, annual performance reviews and probationary reviews.Manage the offboarding process for departing employees.Maintain accurate employee records and documentation; this will include monitoring and managing employee absences and leave entitlements.Support all company initiatives that promote employee well-being and inclusion, and help foster a positive company culture.Handle payroll inquiries and collaborate with the payroll administrator to address concerns.Assist with various administrative office tasks as needed.What We’re Looking For:Strong communication skills with fluent English.A qualification in Human Resources or CIPD Qualification.Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar HR role.Proficiency in online recruitment tools and systems.Understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Exceptional attention to detail.Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks and make informed decisions.What We’d Love to See:A passion for online gaming, including poker and sports betting (or at least a willingness to learn more about these areas).Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, friendly, and energetic team environment.Why Join Us:At NSUS Limited, we pride ourselves on a supportive and vibrant work culture, where your contributions are valued, and your professional development is a priority.
