The company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to join the project delivery team for a major hospital project in Dublin.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the design, coordination, and implementation of mechanical systems in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the design, specification, and coordination of mechanical systems, including HVAC, medical gases, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
* Collaborate with design teams, architects, and other disciplines to ensure project alignment.
* Review and validate technical submittals, shop drawings, and specifications.
* Plan and manage mechanical works on-site, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.
* Provide technical advice and solutions to challenges during the project lifecycle.
* Attend site meetings and progress reviews, preparing reports and documentation as required.
* Manage quality assurance processes and ensure all systems are fully certified upon completion.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
* 3+ years of relevant experience for intermediate roles; 7+ years for senior positions.
* Proven experience working on large-scale healthcare or similar projects is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in mechanical design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
