About the Role
We are looking for a Business Developer who can quickly adapt to a fast-paced, high-performance, and international working culture.
Responsibilities:
* Create and execute a strategy to increase the adoption of Hilti solutions.
* C Coordinate projects within capture teams, collaborating closely with Hilti teams.
* Strategically build and expand relationships with complex clients across the value chain within the Irish domestic market.
* Identify, engage, and support Key Players in the segment addressing their specific needs and challenges through the Systematic Account Development approach.
* Act as the primary expert for the segments in Ireland, leveraging your knowledge of market trends, applications, product offerings, competitive landscape, and Hilti's value proposition.
* Collaborate internally with the Project Management Office (PMO) to develop specifics for projects at a design phase.
* Prepare and conduct training sessions for key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Requirements:
* Engineering / Technical Background (industry relevant experience) with strong commercial/business capabilities and relevant experience.
* Proactive, results-driven attitude with a focus on innovation and adaptability.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrix environments, fostering collaboration across local and global teams.
* Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset.
* Resilient, self-motivated, and agile, with the ability to make impactful decisions and implement actions in complex market environments.
* Able to work in autonomy, self-responsible with learning agility skills.
* Fluency in English.
