Business Analyst HR Technology
The role will support the Employee Success Business Analytics team, focusing on a cross-functional global project with the potential to also support additional projects within the Employee Success (HR) space. This person will work with global stakeholders, both in- and outside of Employee Success, gathering and documenting requirements, partnering with Business Technology and driving User Acceptance Testing (UAT). They will work closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs), Business Technology, and consulting partners to implement future-state systems and business processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with business partners to understand and resolve conflicts.
2. Manage a team of Business Analysts focusing on building our roadmap and delivering robust automations.
3. Support projects prioritization, management, coaching, and mentoring of a small team of more junior Business Analysts.
4. Participate in sign-off approvals by business and/or technical staff to certify successful results of milestone deliverable(s) or phase completion, including process development and deployment.
5. Maintain detailed records to support audits, reconciliation and business analysis.
6. Provide Business Analysis to improve processes, productivity and performance, and support effective decision making.
7. Develop relationships in local communities and assist in the development of an LSM plan with the Manager/Franchisee for each store.
8. Oversee employee relations and customer complaints having the potential for significant impact on the business.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors or Masters degree in business, operations management, business administration, or a related field (or relevant work and educational experience).
2. 3+ years in operations management within a technical services business, with a track record of achieving operational goals and improving efficiency, or equivalent experience.
