An opportunity has arisen for a HR & Payroll Administrator based across our two sites, SMARTPLY, Belview, via Waterford and MEDITE, Redmondstown Clonmel.
ROLE:
Payroll Administrator will support the HR department in administering the HR processes, ensuring correct payroll processing in order to meet HR and business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Administration of Clockwise Time & Attendance System for Medite and SmartPly
* Processing of both Medite and SmartPly hourly and salary (fortnightly) payroll using Megapay.
* Administration of employee benefit schemes such as healthcare, pensions etc., including payments to external bodies.
* Oversee the upkeep of pension and healthcare portals.
* Liaising with external Payroll Agencies in the UK, France, Germany and the Netherlands (and any additional ex-Ireland payroll requirements).
* Manage the annual preparation and submission of the P11D file to HMRC in the UK
* Complete all quarterly and year-end adjustments as required.
* Completion of various Central Statistics Office (CSO) reports.
* Filing, cross checking and maintenance of all paperwork, including the production of monthly reports.
* Responsible for liaising with auditors to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
* Assisting with ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required
* General HR Support
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
* Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
* Understanding of HR processes, procedures and protocol.
* Knowledge of T&A systems and payroll systems.
* Experience within HR and administration
* 2 to 3 years’ experience of full payroll runs.
* Excellent PC skills particularly Excel.
* Knowledge of a computerised Payroll package and Time and Attendance Systems.
* A payroll qualification would be considered a distinct advantage.
* Knowledge and experience of Revenue-online-Service (R.O.S.).
* Ability to work in a team-based environment.
