Head Chef
The Role:

To be successful, you will need a proven track record as a Head Chef or Sous Chef with five years of working experience, demonstrating the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced guest-focused environment.

* Ensure the smooth running of the Kitchen, maintaining high standards across all areas.
* Motivate and lead staff to achieve their full potential, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Maintain a safe, hygienic, and healthy working environment, adhering to HACCP and hygiene requirements.
* Supervise employees engaged in the Kitchen, overseeing food production activities for all departments and ensuring seamless execution.
* Develop and implement new menus that showcase creativity and stay up-to-date with food trends and seasonal offerings.
As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for designing unique and delicious dishes that surpass competitors' offerings while ensuring high-quality food targets are met without compromising on standards.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a fast-paced guest-focused environment.
* Proven track record of leading teams to achieve exceptional food standards and departmental profitability.
