Donabate, Co. Dublin - Fully Onsite | €50,000 - €60,000 DOE

In this dual-focused role, you will oversee IT systems administration while leading and managing key IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the administration and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Play a pivotal role in Salesforce project implementation, leveraging your foundational experience to support its integration and customisation.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
* Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring milestones are met and goals are achieved.
* Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems, ensuring security, efficiency, and minimal downtime.
* Provide training and support to internal teams on new technologies and tools, including Salesforce.
* Assist in developing and enforcing IT policies and procedures.
* Stay updated with emerging technologies to recommend improvements and upgrades.
Requirements
* Experience: Previous 4 years' experience working with Salesforce at its implementation stage is essential.
* Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT systems administration, networks, and troubleshooting.
* Project Management: Proven ability to lead and manage IT-related projects from initiation to completion.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
* Qualifications: Relevant IT or project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are an advantage.
