Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive market research on the latest trends in the automotive industry, including electric vehicle charging stations, advanced driver-assistance systems speed limits, road signs, and road types.
* Collaborate with the internal policy team to develop policies for countries within the region.
* Perform quality control checks to identify and address quality issues.
* Establish and track key performance indicators for country-level quality metrics.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for country-related queries from other internal teams.
Requirements:
* A minimum of three to four years of research experience, preferably in the automotive industry, multimodal transport, roads planning, or highways planning.
* Demonstrated expertise in market research methodologies.
* Familiarity with local markets and cultures.
* The ability to conduct research across five to six countries within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders across different teams and locations.
* Flexibility to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
* Proficiency in English is mandatory.
* Bonus points for proficiency in additional languages relevant to the allocated countries within EMEA.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret research findings and draw actionable insights.
* Ability to distill complex information into concise reports and presentations.
