Purpose of the role
The vacancy is for a well-presented and experienced Office Administrator. The successful candidate should have experience in a similar role.
General Description of Activities:
1. Manage day to day orders – processing, picking and packing of products
2. Managing incoming stock, dealing with booking couriers, etc.
3. Check and file reports from service engineers
4. Confirming orders with customers
5. Assist with general administration and office duties
6. Processing daily orders on Microsoft Dynamics
7. Conducting regular reporting processes in line with KPIs
8. Assisting the Sales and Service team field based
9. Support the incoming and outgoing correspondence, including post and booking couriers
Specific Job Requirements:
1. Conveying company policy to external parties in a positive manner.
2. Microsoft Dynamics – knowledge and experience an advantage
3. Experience in customer service
4. Excellent communication skills and team working skills with a high level of energy and urgency to deliver results. You will demonstrate leadership with both internal and external stakeholders at all times.
5. Competent in Microsoft Suite.
6. Strong time management skill with acute attention to detail
7. You must be hard working and have critical thinking skills
8. The ability to work under pressure, multitask and work on own initiative.
