Renewals Sales Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Renewals Sales Specialist to join our team at Google Cloud. As a key member of the Looker business growth team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to deliver true business value and drive renewals.
* Work with customers to demonstrate product functionality and provide comprehensive overviews of key business use cases.
* Accelerate Google Workspace business growth by engaging with clients, building internal/external alignment, and successfully managing opportunities in an overlay model to the Field Sales organization.
* Prospect, qualify, develop, and facilitate Google Workspace opportunities for growth through cloud-driven business transformation.

Candidates should have 7 years of experience in renewals, account management, sales, or a customer-facing role in the enterprise software or cloud space. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is also required.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience securing and growing customer bases, carrying and exceeding strategic business goals in a sales role.
* Experience prioritizing, planning, and organizing solution-based business activity within complex business cycles.
* Experience building and maintaining long-term executive relationships, ensuring customer success, adoption, and expansion.
* Experience working cross-functionally, including account teams, technical leads, procurement, and legal, to inventory software estate, build business cases for transformation and implementation plans, and close large, complex agreements.
