Job Summary: The Graduate Engineer will support the design and manufacturing engineering team in various projects and tasks. This role is designed to provide recent graduates with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in engineering and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects. Provide support in the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes.
2. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, solve problems, and improve manufacturing processes. Prepare reports and presentations based on findings.
3. Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety in manufacturing operations.
4. Technical Documentation: Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including process maps, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to support manufacturing goals and objectives.
6. Training: Participate in training programs to develop technical skills and knowledge in manufacturing engineering.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.
3. Skills:
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.

Working Conditions:
