Digital Construction Manager (BIM Manager)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Construction Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. As a key member of our building division, you will be responsible for managing pipeline and workload, ensuring delivery of high-quality services that meet customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have a detailed knowledge of client and business requirements, ensuring that appropriate plans, specifications, reviews, and controls are in place. You will work in accordance with industry standards, company procedures, and legal requirements to maintain high safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage pipeline and workload to deliver high-quality services
* Liaise with DPS Digital Engineering & Production and DPS Support to agree and deliver resource and service to projects/contracts
* Lead and communicate risk, opportunity, change, and commercial impact to the project/contract team
* Facilitate training and support for all aspects of information management, including the CDE, to the project/contract team and stakeholders
* Establish and lead the implementation of systems for the management, sharing, and storage of information, according to required security protocols
Requirements:
* Leadership experience within a team environment
* Excellent management and communication skills
* Experience in digital construction/facilities management and document management
* Extensive knowledge of ISO 19650 series
* Higher education in construction or related fields
