Accounts Assistant
Belfast, Full Time
The Accounts Assistant will be an integral part of the finance team and report to the Finance Manager on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare statutory returns for review prior to submission for all entities.
* Assist the Finance Manager with finance team activities as required.
* Process Salary recharges, Contra Charge invoices, and CIS Returns.
* Prepare VAT returns for review by Management Accountant.
* Manage bank and credit card reconciliations, including sundry payments and receipts.
* Process weekly payroll for each relevant entity.
* Prepare and post month end journals for prepayments and fixed assets.
* Maintain schedules and reconcile to trial balance.
* Credit account applications and attendance at weekly finance meeting.
