Claims Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of desk-based Claims Technicians to provide exceptional customer service to clients
* Motivate the team to achieve targets and personal goals efficiently
* Manage team workflow, ensuring all absences and holidays are covered, including holiday calendar management and authorisations
* Conduct monthly one-to-one meetings with team members
* Oversee and monitor the lifecycle of desk-based teams' claims
* Identify training needs in the team and implement necessary training
* Provide account management support as required
* Manage complaint calls received by the team
* Manage a small caseload of claims
Requirements:
* Hold APA qualification and be working towards Certificate in Insurance Practice (CIP)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience as a team leader or supervisor
* Strong stakeholder management with ability to manage multiple priorities
* Thrives in high-pressure working environment
* Driven to meet and exceed targets
* Flexible to travel as and when required
