Our client is seeking a Team Leader to join their Personal Lines team in Galway. The ideal candidate will have their CIP Qualification and a minimum of two years’ experience with Relay.

Role: Team Leader (Personal Lines)
Responsibilities:
* Embrace new ways of working within the digital platform and support wider teams.
* Provide weekly reports on team activity and performance.
* Manage the personnel and workload of the team.
* Conduct monthly one-to-one meetings and implement development plans where necessary.
* Identify training requirements for individual team members.
* Foster collaboration between the Existing Business Support team and other departments.
* Work closely with other Client Services Team Leaders to ensure operational efficiency.
* Ensure monthly tasks are completed in a timely manner, with reports and updates submitted on time to division management.
* Ensure capacity planning is in place and meets business requirements.
* Ensure adequate staffing levels for phone support and adherence to rota schedules.
* Comply with all management audit requirements.
* Ensure compliance standards are met within the team.
Requirements:
* CIP Qualification preferred.
* Proven ability to manage, lead, and develop a team.
* Strong technical and product knowledge.
* A can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to and embrace change.
* Excellent communication and strong leadership skills.
* Highly organised with a structured approach to time and resource management.
* Minimum of two years' Relay experience.
