Job Title: Recruitment and Compliance Officer
Location: Dublin 7, Ireland
Contract: Initial 3-6 months, 35 hours per week (Office-based)

The Role:
We seek a Recruitment and Compliance Officer to join our HR team, reporting to the HR Lead. This role plays a pivotal part in managing recruitment and compliance processes in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding, and building talent pipelines.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient hiring.
* Garda Vetting/Compliance: Oversee Garda vetting and compliance renewals, maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
* Provide guidance on compliance queries and liaise with relevant bodies as needed.
* HR Generalist Support: Assist with implementing HR policies, supporting day-to-day HR operations, and contributing to team projects as required.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or Garda vetting/compliance within the public sector or healthcare industry.
* Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment is highly advantageous.
* Generalist HR experience is desirable.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
