Head Accommodation Porter The Trinity City Hotel is currently seeking a Head Accommodation Porter to lead and support our housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, guest service, and operational efficiency throughout the hotel.
The Trinity Hotel is part of the MHL Hotel Collection, which is the second largest hotel group in Dublin city with over 1,150 bedrooms across well-known 5 & 4 star brands as well as a number of unique and individual hotels in key city locations throughout Ireland.

Main duties and responsibilities: Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all standards and procedures (SOPs) are followed.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all Hotel areas.
Manage linen distribution and housekeeping supplies, ensuring timely removal of soiled linen and proper stock control.
Respond promptly to guest requests and special requirements, delivering excellent service with a professional, welcoming manner.
Ensure equipment and trolleys are clean, secure, and never left unattended.
Report maintenance issues and uphold high standards of safety and key security at all times.
Support training of new team members and assist in coordinating daily task delegation with management.
Ensure storerooms and staff areas are tidy, organised, and compliant with hotel policies.
The ideal candidates will possess the following: 2+ years experience as Linen Porter/Supervisor or similar role.
Hospitality background.
Excellent IT & communication skills.
Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
Fluent level of spoken and written English essential.
Be self-motivated, standards driven and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Have strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
Unrestricted permission to work in Ireland on a full time basis.
Health & Safety knowledge and awareness.
Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.
Finance & Cost Control skills.
