We are looking to recruit the right person for a permanent Retail Butcher to join our team.
INDHP KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: Supporting the Manager in the day to day running of the shop Cut, prepare and serve all protein products and species including the manufacture of sausages and mince Handling and preparing raw and cooked foods in a delicatessen environment for chilled cabinets Provide top quality, fast, efficient and friendly service, giving customers immediate and undivided attention Ensure stock control procedures including waste management and order systems are adhered to Best practice merchandising, display and department layout skills Implement all shop marketing plans and maximising promotions Set-up and close-down of counters and pore-pack areas Help to achieve Sales Targets as agreed with shop manager To ensure company rules, policies and procedures are adhered to at all times Always maintain a clean butcher/retail environment Uphold and enhance Health and Safety Standards, including cleanliness and hygiene.
