About the Role
This dynamic position combines office-based and field duties, offering a rewarding work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage carer onboarding, rosters, training, development, and welfare with support from your Regional Manager and Support Office.
* Ensure carers are thoroughly prepared to deliver exceptional care through comprehensive training.
* Maintain compliance and safeguarding standards by utilizing One Touch Care Management software to monitor daily activities.
* Collaborate with the Support Office on scheduling, client care, and HSE communication to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Identify and address team training needs, implementing a career development path aligned with HR strategy.
* Conduct and record Client Quality Assurance reviews in accordance with company and HSE standards.
* Be flexible and take on additional duties as needed to uphold the highest level of care.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience is required.
