•\tWe are looking to recruit an individual with passion for the industry into our growing team. This role will be assisting 4 investment managers and a trainee investment manager.
•\tThis work will cover all aspects of administration of the accounts, from opening, working with investment managers during the account's life, and closing accounts, while ensuring this is performed in apliant manner.
•\tThe individual will report to the investment managers and investment assistant, but also to the Team Leader.
•\tWe are happy to provide full training for the role, as well as offering access to formal industry qualifications and we work collaboratively to achieve the teams goal.
•\tTo progress towards being an Investment Manager, the applicant should have already started to take formal industry qualifications or be willing to start to study and take them at the earliest opportunity.

1. As your role is central within the team, you will be assisting in general administration roles. These duties are varied daily, but usually consist of answering the phones, preparing paperwork, preparing suitability letters and maintenance of suitability affirmations, and assisting in the production of investment proposals. You will be required to assist in the distribution of valuations and tax packs for the team's client base.
2. You will also be required to facilitate the smooth opening of new accounts, arrange payments to our clients and advisers, and assist Investment Managers are well prepared for client meetings.
3. In time, to aid your progress towards being a Trainee Investment Manager, you will be invited to attend client meetings with the Investment Managers.
4. You will be working very closely with our clients and their agents to provide the best service with information and reports regarding their portfolio, which necessitates close relationship building with our stakeholders whether that be internally or externally. You will therefore need to have a pleasant and personable manner, able to get on with a variety of clients.

You have an interest in financial services or have a good understanding of our financial services where you can utilise your knowledge and experience within investment management.
A good level ofmunication skills is required.
If you have a Financial Qualification such as QFA, experience within financial services is beneficial.
