Must have experience in the following:
* Managing a medium-sized maintenance team
* Contract management including the development, management and review of contracts and SLAs, and establishing relevant KPI’s to ensure service objectives are being met.
* Service Delivery – managing capital replacement projects, from procurement through to completion, ensuring all compliance checks are in place.
* Attention to detail – managing contractor and vendor relationships, ensuring that procurement procedures are followed, and contracts are negotiated to optimise delivery and cost savings.
* Project Management, Preventive Maintenance, Contracts and Service Delivery Management, Procurement Management
* Experience in the operations of a large type of business environment
* Reporting to the Shareholders
