Business Credit & Relationship Manager-Dublin North, West and Meath, Dublin
Location/Office Policy: Artane, Dublin 5 (with Hybrid Working)
What is the Role:
A role now exists as Business Relationship Manager in our Dublin North Team to manage and develop a portfolio of customers across a number of industries and will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to enhance their customer relationship, credit and negotiation skills.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the new operating model for our Medium sized business customers and working towards our vision of Making Business Happen Together.
Key accountabilities:
* Own and manage a portfolio of medium sized SME customers across various sectors.
* Manage all aspects of the customer relationship with strong focus on prudent credit management and generating mutually profitable relationships.
* Develop the portfolio to support our customers and seek new business opportunities.
* Be active and visible in the marketplace with regular customer and key stakeholder engagements.
* Be a positive Team player.
What you Will Bring:
* Must be QFA qualified
* A proven level of credit experience including a leading role in deal negotiation, credit application preparation, presentation to Credit Committee and fulfilment.
* Strong customer relationship management experience to include commercial negotiation, portfolio management, risk management and business development.
* Proven ability to build and develop strong and collaborative relationships - both internally and externally.
* Proven track record of managing and delivering stretching targets – including new business acquisition.

* Credit Risk Analysis - Understands and analyses factors to assess creditworthiness and risk mitigation of providing a particular product for an existing or potential customer in a timely and accurate manner.
* Customer Relationship Management - Responds to customers’ questions through multiple channels. Proactively and consistently demonstrates excellent customer service and provides tailored financial solutions resulting in a sustainable relationship with the customer and increasing satisfaction and loyalty.
