About the Role:
Our client seeks a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to their executive team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
This role requires strong time management, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
* Handle incoming communications (emails, calls, etc.) and respond or redirect as necessary.
* Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and documents.
* Assist with event planning, including logistics, catering, and coordination of guest lists.
* Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Support the executive team with daily administrative tasks and special projects.
Requirements:
* 3-5 Years in a Senior PA or Executive Assistant role
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
* Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
