Social Care Leader Separated Children Seeking International Protection Contract:
Full-time Permanent Position
* Typical Schedule: 48 hours per week, allowing for a balance of work and rest
* Salary: €47,424
* Location: Ballyboy, Co. Offaly

Requirements:
* Qualifications: Level 7 or 8 in applied Social Studies or similar field
* Experience: 2 years' experience in social care working with children/young people
* Additional Requirements: Full flexibility for shift work and possession of a car and full driving licence
About the Role:
As a Social Care Leader working with separated children seeking international protection, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable young individuals.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Leading a team of social care workers to deliver effective care and support to children/young people
* Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child/young person
* Providing emotional support and guidance to children/young people during times of crisis or uncertainty
* Working closely with external agencies and organizations to ensure the best possible outcomes for children/young people
