Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled receptionist to manage our front desk in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with cash handling, multitasking, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, or in-person
* Manage daily administrative tasks, including customer bookings and point of sale operations
* Process retail stock, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
* Answer switchboard calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member
Requirements
* Minimum two years of experience in a busy, fast-paced environment or similar role
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in cash handling and point of sale software
* Prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
