Business Development Executive
Yellowcom Ltd are the leading independent Telecoms Company in Scotland and Northern Ireland. We deliver mobile, fixed Line and telephone systems services to a wide range of businesses and are recruiting for a new Business Development Executive to grow our customer base within Ireland. This will lead to establishing a new office in the Dublin area.
Responsibilities
* To achieve individual sales revenue targets & activity targets.
* Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
* Generating and converting new business opportunities through dedicated prospecting and cold calling.
* To manage the customer base to deliver first class account management with regular & timely review meetings.
* To ensure that all accounts have a clear understanding of the product portfolio & pricing structure and to deliver value-added solutions based on business needs.
* To liaise with internal support functions such as Customer Services and Finance to ensure smooth management of the billing & administration process for your customer base, plus the provision of any supporting sales reports.
* To attend monthly national/regional meetings to provide updates & feedback on market conditions.
* To manage the day-to-day relationships with external parties in support of company objectives and policy.
* To drive the satisfactory resolution of customer queries and disputes, e.g. in relation to invoice queries.
* To be a positive role model & ambassador of the company values and behaviours.
* To take responsibility for self-development to support the achievement of personal objectives. Help to drive and support your team around you.
The Candidate
To apply you will require a minimum of 2 years new business sales experience with an outstanding demonstrable track record of new business acquisition and account management.
You will possess the drive to overachieve KPI’s and relish the challenge of both professional and personal development within a new business sector.
Ideally you will come from a telecommunications-based background, alternatively consideration will be given to candidates from any technical based sales environment (i.e. online, IT Software, capital equipment etc.) with experience of managing and developing corporate accounts with key decision makers.

* Competitive salary – Up to 50,000 Euro depending on experience.
* Monthly Commission – realistic OTE of 90,000 Euro.
