About the Role
We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Front Office Manager to join our Management Team.
This is a full-time position working 5 days over 7, including weekends and public holidays.
Main Responsibilities
* Management of team
* Overall Management of the Front Desk and Back Office Administration
* Staff Training & Development
* Rostering Staff Appraisals
* Management of Group Reservations
* Working in conjunction with Hotel Sales Team and Group Financial Controller
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2 years experience in a similar role within a 3* hotel
* A good knowledge of OTA Extranets
* Working knowledge of the Hotsoft System (desirable)
* Excellent customer care skills
* Strong communications skills
* Excellent people management skills
* Strong leadership skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
