About The Job:
The SDR plays a crucial role in our lead generation agency by engaging with potential customers who have expressed interest through our clients Facebook and Instagram ads. The primary responsibility is to pre-qualify leads that have come through our clients campaigns, ensure they meet the client’s criteria, and schedule them for a follow-up call or meeting with the client.
Tasks:
1. Call leads promptly after they submit their details
2. Follow a structured script to introduce yourself and reason for call
3. Ask qualifying questions to determine if the lead is good or a tyrekicker
4. Gather and verify essential information such as eircode, budget, needs, and urgency
5. Overcome questions and provide clarity on the service if needed
6. Answer inbound calls and respond to missed calls from leads who tried to reach back out to you
Appointment Scheduling:
1. Book qualified leads for a consultation or call back with the client
2. Accurately log all appointments in the scheduling system
3. Update the CRM, spreadsheet and client group chat of notes from the call
CRM & Data Management:
1. Update and manage lead information in the CRM system
2. Track and report lead statuses (e.g., booked, disqualified, follow-up needed)
3. Ensure proper tagging and categorisation of leads for future outreach
Follow-Ups & Nurturing:
1. Follow up with leads who were interested but not ready to book or speak immediately
2. Re-engage past leads to convert them into appointments
3. Handle reschedules and cancellations professionally
4. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams
5. Provide feedback on lead quality and trends to the assigned ad account manager to improve ad performance
6. Share insights and suggestions to enhance scripts and appointment-setting processes
Key Skills & Qualifications:
1. Strong objection-handling abilities and active listening skills
2. Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging potential customers
3. Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and conversational
4. Experience with CRM systems (or willingness to learn)
5. Time management skills to handle multiple leads efficiently
6. Self-motivated and target-driven to meet daily/weekly appointment goals
7. Experience, knowledge or understanding of the construction/home renovation/trades industry
8. Experience with Google Sheets, Pipedrive CRM, Slack, GoHighLevel
