To support growth and expansion, we are currently recruiting a full-time Site Manager to join our team in Dublin 11.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 8:30-17:00.
Main Duties And Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for Community Centres.
Report directly to the Board of Management/Representative on strategic planning, financial matters, pricing, and staff issues on a monthly basis.
Develop Business and Marketing Plans that will build on the existing income streams, provide future direction for the Centre, promote further community engagement, and increase awareness and footfall into the Centres.
Develop close working relationships with all stakeholders.
Implement Evacuation & Emergency Procedures.
Respond to initial inquiries, including showing potential hirers for the Centre around, answering the telephone, replying to emails, and using online tools.
Prepare monthly reports, letters, and other documentation as directed.
Ensure effective maintenance of the building.
Financial management.
Apply for relevant grants and funding for the Centres to ensure financial sustainability and expand on the current range of services.
Manage staffing - recruitment, selection, performance reviews, etc.
Maintain confidentiality on all matters relating to the Centre's users and general business.
Oversee invoicing of all clients in a timely manner and ensure healthy cash flow.
Liaise with the CE Supervisor regarding CE participants.
Liaise with TUS Supervisor regarding TUS participants.
Participate in Fingal County Council's Facilities Network and attend master classes.
Requirements: Experience in Site Management.
Strong financial and budgetary experience.
Highly computer literate.
Project management experience.
Excellent people management, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Flexible in your approach with a willingness to help; a 'can do' attitude.
