We are now recruiting an Implementation Manager on a 3 year fixed-term contract
The Implementation Manager within the ALONE Services Department will be responsible for translating strategic initiatives into actionable, sustainable solutions. This role ensures that new projects, programs, and services are effectively rolled out, integrated, and operationalized within the organization, enhancing the impact and efficiency of ALONE’s support for older people.
Responsibilities
Develop and oversee implementation plans for new services, programs, and processes, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
as a central point of contact, facilitating collaboration and providing clear updates to internal teams, volunteers, service users, and external partners.
Effectively allocate and manage resources, ensuring the availability of tools, technology, and support services for successful implementation
Develop and execute change management strategies to support smooth transitions and address resistance to new processes, training programs and provide ongoing support to staff, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure operational readiness.
Identify opportunities for efficiency and scalability within implementation plans while ensuring alignment with ALONE’s mission and service standards.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of implemented initiatives.
Conduct post-implementation reviews, gather feedback, and recommend enhancements for future initiatives.
Ensure that new programs and processes are seamlessly integrated into existing operations to enhance service delivery.
Identify potential risks, proactively address challenges, and develop mitigation strategies to support successful implementation.

What you’ll need
At least 3 years of experience in managing implementation projects or programmes in non-profit, healthcare, or community service settings, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Proven ability to develop and execute detailed implementation plans for new services or processes, including timeline and resource management.
Demonstrated experience in acting as the central point of contact, effectively communicating and collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Solid background in change management principles, with hands-on experience in executing strategies that facilitate smooth transitions and address resistance.
Practical experience in resource management, including the procurement and deployment of tools and technologies essential for successful project delivery.

Familiarity with operational efficiency methodologies, with a track record of identifying opportunities to optimise processes and improve scalability.
Proficiency in establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring project outcomes, and preparing detailed performance reports.
ability to identify potential risks, manage issues proactively, and develop effective mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and a detail-oriented approach to analysing data and reporting, supporting continuous improvement efforts.
