Project Overview
* Manage Multi-Planned Maintenance Projects with in-house construction professionals.
* Appoint and manage external consultants.
* Administer JCT contracts and NEC3 Short Contract for planned maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performance managing construction works and monitoring KPIs.
* Applying Low Performance Damages as required under the contract.
* Chairing meetings at various stages of the contract.
* Performance managing contractors and consultants.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Building / Construction / Technical Discipline or equivalent.
* Relevant experience in Building / Construction / Technical Discipline.
