Account Manager - Join Our Dynamic Sales Team!
Join our small and fast-growing Sales team based in Sandyford and become the driving force behind D&B Ireland’s growth! As an Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of selling our innovative products and services to both new and existing clients in Ireland. Your mission? To expand and develop accounts through engaging, face-to-face interactions. Fuel our revenue growth by mastering renewal management, win-back strategies, and seizing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. You'll be the key player in identifying new contacts and nurturing relationships with current ones, all while leveraging cutting-edge technology.
What You'll Do:
* Be a Trusted Advisor: Develop strong, positive relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and goals.
* Drive Revenue Growth: Maintain and grow our revenue stream through successful renewals, cross-sells, and up-sells. You will manage a cross-vertical portfolio of business to include some major Irish businesses.
* Expand Your Network: Proactively develop new accounts and deepen relationships with existing ones; you will have the opportunity to work with some of the world’s largest tech partners.
* Protect Our Clients: Implement retention strategies to safeguard accounts at risk of churn.
* Lead Negotiations: Take charge of the negotiation, contracting, and approval processes.
* Manage Deals: Navigate complex deal management and align multiple decision-makers.
* Achieve Sales Targets: Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet annual quotas.
* Ensure Compliance: Maintain consistent and accurate data in relevant CRM software (e.g. SFDC) and other sales tools to support territory, account planning and forecasting.
* Collaborate for Success: Work closely with supporting teams, e.g. Customer Success, Solution Sales, Sales Support, to win business.

About You:

* You are a high energy, self-motivated person looking to level-up your career with a UK&I business that has experienced significant growth year on year.
* Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales and revenue targets, ideally with experience selling B2B to large and extra-large corporations.
* Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at Senior levels of organizations (Functional Heads, VP and Above).
* Demonstrated experience in a team-based approach to selling and strategic account management.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
* Strong understanding of customer processes (marketing, compliance, credit, and purchasing) and the relevant customer propositions.
* Previous experience selling Data Solutions, Technology or SaaS is advantageous but not essential.
* In-depth knowledge and interest of the Irish business landscape, including key industries and opportunities.
* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
* This role is based in our Sandyford, Dublin office and requires some travel within Ireland and the UK.
