Personal Lines Customer Service Executive – Waterford
This insurance company is one of the largest insurance brokers in Ireland. They are committed to providing their clients with the highest level of customer service in the industry.
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Waterford office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overcome objections, close sales.
* Chase leads provided by the marketing team.
* Update customer information in line with GDPR guidelines and Compliance.
* Set up client accounts and ensure relevant customer documentation is accurate.
* Process renewals & mid-term adjustments.
* Answer incoming sales & customer service calls.
* Capture vital contact information for customers, including home address, date of birth, email address, and contact numbers.
* Notice changes in customer details and update the system accordingly.
* Report rate increases to team leader/manager monthly and customer feedback.
Requirements:
* APA or CIP qualified.
* CPD in line with Minimum Competency requirements.
* A minimum of 2 years sales or customer service experience in a similar role required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
