Your new role
The job involves managing various administrative tasks such as document control, coordination of utility providers, and generating publicity materials. The role also includes coordinating sales teams, tracking schedules and health and safety data, managing website and social media reviews, and producing pre-qualification documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
The job requires a candidate with 5–7 years of experience in office administration, who is proficient in Microsoft Package and PowerPoint. The candidate should be self-motivated and comfortable working in a team while dealing with third parties.
