Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Technician with at least 3 years of experience in a regulated environment to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures with knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMPs) to ensure product quality and safety.
* Monitor and analyze production processes, identify and troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
* Conduct equipment and process validations and maintain accurate records.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment and ensure that it is clean and in good working condition.
* Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance manufacturing processes and increase efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, engineering, and production, to ensure timely and effective production.
Requirements:
* A minimum of a level 6 in manufacturing, mechanical or any other relevant engineering disciplines.
* Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment, such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or biotechnology is a benefit.
* Knowledge of regulatory guidelines, such as FDA regulations, ISO standards, and GMPs.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly and professionally.
* Strong computer skills, including experience with manufacturing software and equipment control systems.
