FRS Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Finance & Operations Administrator to join our client's team in Tullamore, Co. Offaly. This is a full-time, permanent office-based position that plays a crucial role in processing financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently, verifying invoice details, including pricing, quantities, and terms. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
* Accounts Receivable: Assist in generating and sending out customer invoices, monitor and follow up on overdue payments, escalating to account manager as necessary. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues.
* Bank Reconciliation: Enter bank transactions into the finance system and reconcile bank accounts.
* Operations: Commissioning reports, maintenance reports, maintain job book, and assist in projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft products and accounting software.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
We estimate the salary for this position to be approximately €30,000 - €40,000 per annum, based on the title, job description, and location.
