The main areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:-
1. Review annual returns with the Companies Registration Office.
2. Assist clients with compliance under beneficial ownership regulations.
3. Assist Corporate Finance on transactional work
4. File documentation for company incorporations and name change applications.
5. Ensure adherence to statutory/regulatory requirements and filing deadlines.
6. Maintain highest standards of quality and client service.
7. Address client queries and onboard new clients.
8. Maintain statutory books and records for Irish entities.
9. Arrange document execution, notarisations, and filings.
10. Manage day-to-day corporate governance queries.
11. Collaborate with internal departments to provide solutions to client challenges.
12. Develop and manage relationships with clients.
13. Prepare tenders and costing for individual tailored transactions
14. Manage and train internal team members.
The ideal candidate will:
15. Hold a 3rd level qualification in a related area.
16. Have a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a similar business setting – professional firm desirable.
17. Be qualified or be in the process of obtaining a qualification with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, in which case ICSA course sponsorship, study and exam leave will be included;
18. Be highly computer literate with experience of the main MS applications;
19. Ideally have experience of Company Secretarial software e.g. Blueprint or Datacare;
20. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail;
21. Previous experience mentoring / training staff members desirable.
22. Work well in a team environment and have an ability to operate on own initiative;
23. Have the ability to take a pro-active role in ensuring that daily, weekly, monthly tasks are achieved on time and within or exceeding targets;
24. Have the ability to prioritise, plan and complete multiple activities on time.
