The Role:
1. Develop work plans for engagements, Manage one or multiple work streams and produce quality deliverable against tight deadlines
2. Mentor and manage junior teams to deliver against client objectives
3. Contribute to client issues using your personal insight and experience to solve complex client issues,
4. Perform analysis to determine client needs/recommendations utilising a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools, and technology
5. Work with a range of stakeholders, and be seen as a subject matter expert within client organisations and by colleagues
6. Demonstrate strong data analysis skills and apply best practice information to support opportunities for improvement
7. Contribute to the growth of the practice, by internal networking, and supporting new business proposals and presentations

Experience:
9. Minimum experience of 3 years can be gained in a consulting or in-house environment
10. Relevant 3rd level qualification(s)
11. Experience Delivering strategies and solutions for transformational change(digital or organisational transformations including technology implementation, operational excellence, organisational design, operation model change)
12. Strategy development and service design within health/social care environments
13. Ideally certified in a recognised change management methodology e.g. ADKAR Prosci, CCMP
14. Certified in Project Management e.g. Prince 2 or PMP
