You will be required to present daily events, water tournaments, game shows but most importantly give our guests a holiday like no other - RJP style! As a Squad Leader for Hotel Entertainment, you would be required to have the ability to make quick decisions, ensure guests are enjoying themselves, ensure activities and events planned during the day and night happen at the right time, and are executed well for the guest's enjoyment on their holiday. As a squad leader, it is also important that your team are able to approach you, trust you, and see you as a role model in their work.
